Do you want to hold together complex urban development projects from a holistic perspective? In this role, you lead projects in a municipal development environment where detailed plans, public utilities, economics, communication, and implementation need to work together. You become the hub between the project manager, sub-project managers, and other key stakeholders, responsible for creating structure, direction, and consensus throughout the project.

You work both strategically and operationally. This means you follow up on progress, coordinate dependencies, raise risks early, and ensure that the project's goals are maintained over time. The role suits you if you thrive when many perspectives meet and where legal, economic, and practical feasibility must function together. • You lead and coordinate the urban development project as a whole and steer the work towards set goals regarding time, economy, and delivery.
• You maintain collaboration between sub-project managers within detailed plans and public utilities, among others, and create a clear common vision in the project group.
• You continuously monitor the project's status, drive reviews, manage risks, and ensure that the right activities are carried out at the right time.
• You work actively in Antura with status reports, forecasts, calculations, and follow-ups, ensuring that information is correct and synchronized between sub-projects.
• You prepare and coordinate decision materials, service letters, reports, and presentations for the steering group and other forums.
• You coordinate the project's communication and documentation, for example, materials for the web, FAQ, and GIS maps, in close collaboration with the communicator and other relevant roles.
• You ensure that project strategy, steering documents, and relevant routines are followed and adjust the direction when the project's prerequisites change.
• You monitor that the detailed plan is legally and economically feasible and that dependencies on nearby projects and external parties are handled in a structured manner.

• At least 20 years of experience in urban development work
• Education as a Civil Engineer in Surveying or equivalent
• Experience in having held the role of Land and Development Manager
• Experience with urban development projects where the municipality charges street costs

• Experience with invoicing of street costs
